欢迎您使用 ChatTAS 瞬态吸收光谱智能数据分析系统（以下简称“本服务”、“本系统”或“ChatTAS”）。本协议是您与 大连创锐光谱科技有限公司（以下简称“创锐光谱”或“我们”）之间就使用本服务所订立的有效合约。在您注册、登录或使用本服务前，请务必审慎阅读、充分理解各条款内容，特别是以免粗体、下划线或高亮形式提示您注意的免责声明、责任限制及管辖条款。

1. 账号注册与实名认证

• 1.1 实名要求： 依据相关法律法规要求，您需使用有效的、实名登记的手机号码进行注册。您应保证提供的注册信息真实、准确、完整。
• 1.2 账号保管： 您的账号和密码仅限您本人用于科研、学习及内部工作目的。严禁出借、转让、售卖或以其他方式交由他人使用。因您保管不善导致的账号被盗、数据泄露或引发的法律责任，由您自行承担。
• 1.3 账号注销： 您有权随时在“个人中心”申请注销账号。账号注销后，我们将停止为您提供服务，并依据法律法规要求匿名化处理或删除您的个人信息及科研数据。

2. 人工智能生成内容（AIGC）专项规范

本系统集成了大语言模型（LLM）与知识库检索技术。您在理解并同意以下特性的前提下使用本服务：

• 2.1 概率性与不确定性： 鉴于人工智能技术的概率生成特性，本系统输出的图表分析结论、动力学拟合参数、文献解读及仪器排查建议，仅供学术探索和技术参考。我们不对生成内容的客观准确性、完整性或特定适用性作任何绝对保证。
• 2.2 独立核查义务： 您需在使用、发表、决策或执行任何系统建议（尤其是仪器硬件操作）前，进行独立的人工专业核查。因直接采信 AI 生成内容导致的论文撤稿、科研失误或设备损坏，我们不承担法律责任。
• 2.3 深度合成合规： 本系统提供的文本与图表生成服务属于深度合成服务。您不得利用本系统生成、传播违反国家法律法规、危害国家安全、侵犯他人名誉权/隐私权/知识产权或违背社会公序良俗的虚假信息。

3. 数据上传与使用规范

• 3.1 合法来源： 您承诺您上传至 ChatTAS 的 CSV 实验数据及文献资料，均由您合法拥有或已取得合法授权。严禁上传涉密信息、他人商业机密或带有恶意代码的文件。
• 3.2 资源合理使用： 本系统对单日 AI 交互次数（Token）及文件解析配额设有防滥用限制。您不得使用自动化脚本、爬虫程序或非官方接口高频调用本系统资源。对于恶意刷量、攻击系统的行为，我们有权立即封禁账号并追究法律责任。

4. 知识产权归属

• 4.1 平台产权： ChatTAS 系统的整体架构、源代码、UI 交互设计、底层光谱处理算法、专属预置 Prompt 及官方知识库的知识产权均归我们单方所有。
• 4.2 用户数据与生成物： 您上传的原始数据知识产权归您所有。由您输入指令并在系统中生成的图谱（如 2D 彩图、动力学曲线）、拟合报告等衍生内容的知识产权归您所有（法律另有规定的除外），您可以合法用于您的学术论文或研究报告中。
• 4.3 授权许可： 为向您提供数据分析及绘图服务，您同意授予我们在提供服务所必需的范围内，对您上传的数据进行存储、计算和解析的非独家许可。

5. 责任限制与免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们在以下情形中免于承担连带/赔偿责任：

• 因不可抗力（如台风、地震、海啸等自然灾害，或战争、罢工等）导致的服务中断。
• 因基础电信运营商故障、黑客攻击、计算机病毒爆发或第三方基础大模型服务商（如 API 接口宕机）导致的系统不可用或数据丢失。
• 您未按提示妥善保存数据，或在清理浏览器/系统历史记录时主动触发的数据抹除。

6. 协议的变更与终止

我们有权根据法律法规变化及业务发展需要，适时修改本协议内容。若您在协议修改并公示后继续使用本服务，即视为您已接受修改后的协议。如果您违反本协议的约定，我们有权单方面中止或终止为您提供服务。

Terms of Service

Welcome to the ChatTAS Transient Absorption Spectroscopy Intelligent Data Analysis System (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, the “System”, or “ChatTAS”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Dalian Chuangrui Spectroscopy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chuangrui Spectroscopy” or “we”) regarding your use of this Service. Before registering, logging in to, or using this Service, please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially the disclaimer, limitation of liability, and jurisdiction clauses highlighted in bold, underlined, or otherwise emphasized text.

1. Account Registration and Real-Name Verification

• 1.1 Real-Name Requirement: In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you must register using a valid mobile phone number registered under your real identity. You shall ensure that all registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• 1.2 Account Security: Your account and password are intended solely for your own scientific research, educational, and internal work purposes. Lending, transferring, selling, or otherwise allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. You shall bear full responsibility for any account theft, data leakage, or legal liability arising from improper account management.
• 1.3 Account Termination: You have the right to request account deletion at any time through the “Personal Center”. After account termination, we will cease providing services to you and anonymize or delete your personal information and scientific research data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Special Provisions for AI-Generated Content (AIGC)

This System integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge-base retrieval technologies. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following characteristics:

• 2.1 Probabilistic Nature and Uncertainty: The chart analysis results, kinetic fitting parameters, literature interpretations, and instrument troubleshooting suggestions generated by this System are provided solely for academic exploration and technical reference purposes. We do not guarantee the objective accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for specific purposes.
• 2.2 Independent Verification Obligation: Before using, publishing, making decisions based on, or executing any recommendations generated by the System (especially hardware operation instructions), you must conduct independent professional verification. We shall not be liable for paper retractions, research errors, equipment damage, or any other consequences resulting from direct reliance on AI-generated content.
• 2.3 Compliance with Deep Synthesis Regulations: The text and chart generation features provided by this System constitute deep synthesis services. You may not use this System to generate or disseminate false information that violates national laws and regulations, endangers national security, infringes upon the reputation, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others, or violates public order and social morality.

3. Data Upload and Usage Rules

• 3.1 Lawful Source of Data: You represent and warrant that all CSV experimental data and literature materials uploaded to ChatTAS are lawfully owned by you or properly authorized for your use. Uploading confidential information, third-party trade secrets, or files containing malicious code is strictly prohibited.
• 3.2 Reasonable Resource Usage: The System imposes anti-abuse limitations on daily AI interaction quotas (Tokens) and file parsing quotas. You may not use automated scripts, web crawlers, or unofficial interfaces to excessively access System resources. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts and pursue legal liability for malicious abuse or attacks against the System.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• 4.1 Platform Ownership: The overall architecture, source code, UI interaction design, underlying spectroscopy processing algorithms, proprietary preset prompts, and official knowledge bases of the ChatTAS System are exclusively owned by us.
• 4.2 User Data and Generated Content: The intellectual property rights of the original data you upload belong to you. The intellectual property rights of derivative outputs generated within the System based on your instructions, including but not limited to 2D contour maps, kinetic curves, and fitting reports, shall belong to you (unless otherwise required by applicable laws). You may lawfully use such outputs in your academic papers or research reports.
• 4.3 License Authorization: In order to provide data analysis and visualization services, you grant us a non-exclusive license, limited to the scope necessary for providing the Service, to store, compute, and analyze the data you upload.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not bear joint liability or compensation responsibility under the following circumstances:

• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis, as well as wars, strikes, or similar events.
• System unavailability or data loss caused by telecommunications operator failures, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks, or failures of third-party foundational AI model providers (such as API service outages).
• Data loss caused by your failure to properly save data as instructed, or by actively clearing browser or system history records.

6. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. Continued use of this Service after any modifications are published shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you violate any provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of Services to you.
